高尔夫球是借助高尔夫球杆击球的一项球类运动。因其球体小、速度快、变化多、趣味性强，受到人们的普遍喜爱具较高的锻炼价值。经常参加这项运动，可以提高人的灵敏、协调和上下肢活动能力，改善心肺功能，全面提高身体素质。高尔夫一词是由绿色、氧气、光和脚的第一个英文字母组成，取意在明媚的阳光下，踩着绿色的草地，呼吸着清新的空气，进行最休闲写意的健身运动。　　本课程主要讲授高尔夫球基本理论知识、技术、技能和竞赛规则，介绍高尔夫球运动在国际和国内发展的最新动态与趋势。
Course Description
Golf is a golf ball with a ball.Sphere because of its small, fast, changing, interesting, widely loved by people with higher fitness value.Regular participation in the sport can improve people’s sensitivity, activity coordination and upper and lower limbs, improving heart and lung function, improve physical fitness.Golf (golf) the word is green, oxygen ，light and feet of the first English letter, intended to take in the sunshine, and walk the green grass, breathe fresh air, for the most enjoyable leisure and fitness exercise.The golf course is the basic theory of knowledge, technology, skills and competition rules, introduced in the international and domestic golf the latest developments and trends.
