2010年脑功能与健康国际研讨会

 
中国 广州，2010年11月29日 – 12月1日随着人口的老龄化、生存压力的增大、不良环境因素的影响、交通意外的增多，脑血管病、老年性痴呆、颅脑和脊髓损伤、视觉系统损伤及精神抑郁症等发病率逐年上升，这些疾患已成为全球性人类健康的主要杀手。针对这些影响脑功能与健康的疾患，暨南大学-香港大学脑功能与健康联合实验室决定举办一次“国际脑功能与健康研讨会”，届时，将邀请北美、欧洲、香港及大陆众多著名神经科学家出席这场盛会。大会将围绕上述脑疾患的发病机理及对脑功能与健康的影响探讨防治这些脑疾患的可能措施。大会的宗旨是通过这次研讨会促进我们对脑功能与疾患的深入与全面的理解，引起社会各界关注脑的功能与健康，并推动中国的神经科学研究与世界其他国家的神经科学研究的交流与合作。
