主讲人：俄罗斯喀山国立大学（Kazan State University）  Raoul R. Nigmatullin  教授
主讲人简介：Raoul Rashid Nigmatullin，俄罗斯喀山国立大学物理系（Kazan State University）教授，博士，物理学家。R. R. Nigmatullin 教授是国际知名的学者，在多个研究方向有出色的科研成果，1982.9～1983.7在英国伦敦大学从师世界著名学者A.K. Jonscher教授研究介电物理学（physics of dielectrics），1991～1992受邀在法国开展分形物理学研究。1993年在意大利Bologna University受知名学者F. Mainardi教授之邀研究分数微积分描述的数学物理学。Nigmatullin教授在分形动力学、分数微积分、介电物理学、信号处理等方面有突出贡献，已发表论文140余篇，专著2部。
