课程介绍	口腔病理学课程中文简介一、教学目标本课程是在已掌握《口腔组织胚胎学》的基础上进一步学习口腔颌面部疾病的病因、发病机理和病理变化等，旨在培养并提高学生的观察能力、辩证分析能力和综合应用能力，为学习后续课程提供条件，也为学生学习口腔临床专业课和临床实习打下必要的理论基础、为防治口腔疾病奠定基础。二、教学要求本课程通过基本理论的讲授, 介绍口腔常见疾病如龋病、牙髓病、根尖周病、牙周病、口腔黏膜病、涎腺疾病、颌骨和关节疾病，颌面部囊肿、牙源性与非牙源性颌骨肿瘤、口腔癌前病变及口腔良、恶性肿瘤的病因、临床病理表现、生物学特性及其预后，并通过病理切片、标本、模型、图片幻灯的形态观察，使学生从感性认识到理性认识，牢固掌握正常组织的形态结构及各种病理变化。了解口腔组织病理活检、组织病理研究和诊断基本原则。三、教学内容本课程介绍活检、研究和诊断基本原则及牙齿和相关组织的发育异常。介绍口腔常见疾病如龋病、牙髓病、根尖周病、牙周病、口腔粘膜病、涎腺疾病、颌骨和关节疾病，颌面部囊肿、牙源性与非牙源性颌骨肿瘤、口腔癌前病变及口腔良恶性肿瘤的病因、病理表现、临床病理联系、生物学特性及其预后。 Course Description Teaching ObjectivesThis course stresses the study of the diseases of the tooth and the gingival and periodontal tissues, and diseases of the oral mucosa.
