课程介绍	易经与人生智慧课程中文简介《易经》是我国一部古老而深邃的经典，据说是由伏羲划卦等认知自然的行为加以总结和扩充而来（同时产生了易经八卦图），是华夏五千年智慧与文化的结晶，被誉为“群经之首，大道之源”。在古代是帝王之学，政治家、军事家、商家的必修之术。从本质上说，《易经》是一本关于“卜筮”之书。“卜筮”就是对未来事态的发展进行预测，而《易经》便是总结这些预测的规律理论的书。《易经》有三种不同版本，分别名为《连山》（夏代）、《归藏》（商代）和《周易》（周朝），为后世所广为流传的是《周易》。《易经》历经数千年之沧桑，已成为中华文化之根。易道讲究阴阳互应、刚柔相济，提倡自强不息、厚德载物。在五千年文明史上，中华民族之所以能够久历众劫而不覆，多逢畏难而不倾，独能遇衰而复振，不断地发展壮大，根源一脉传至今，是与我们民族对易道精神的把握息息相关。日常生活中遇到的疑难之事，不是求助于偶像，而是通过八卦信息预测的方法，预测自然和人事吉凶，对一切做到心中有数，有备无患，从而变更。《易经》是一部古老而又灿烂的文化瑰宝，古人用它来预测未来、决策国家大事、反映当前现象，上测天，下测地，中测人事。然而这只是古人在未掌握科学方法之前所依托的一种手段，难以称为真正的科学，但它对于调适中国人的心理，确实起到过巨大的作用，至今依然有许多神秘难解的地方。本课程结合《易经》的产生、原理、源流和演变，结合它对中国传统文化核心价值观的形成来探讨，旨在弘扬传统文化的精华，剔除其糟粕，启迪人生智慧，调适学生心理，形成积极、健康的人生观，相信会对大多数同学的学习及确定人生目标，都会有较大的帮助。 Course Description Yi Jing and Human WisdomIn China, Yi Jing is an old and profound classic, which is said to be summed up and expanded from the cognitive behaviors of nature such as the creation of hexagrams by Fuxi (and also the eight diagrams were created). Yi Jing, the valuable results of five thousand years Chinese wisdom and culture, is given “the first priority among Confucian classics and the root of all moral principles”. In ancient times, it was usually learned by emperors, and an art that politicians, strategists and merchants tried to comprehend. Essentially, Yi Jing is a book about “divination”. “Divination” is to predict the developing trend of future, and Yi Jing is a book of summarizing these prediction rules and theories. It is said there are three different versions of Yi Jing, that is “lianshan” (Xia Dynasty), “guizhang”(Shang Dynasty) and “zhouyi” (Zhou Dynasty) respectively. However, zhouyi is the most well-known name. After thousands of years of vicissitudes, Yi Jing has become the root of Chinese culture. It emphasizes Yin and Yang complement each other and hardness is coupled with softness, and advocates constantly striving to become stronger and carrying the outer world with a breadth of character. In five thousand years of civilization history, the Chinese nation are able to survive the long-time weakness, difficulties and disasters, and continuously develop and grow stronger, which is largely on account of our nation grasp the spirit of principles of Yi Jing, forecast scientific method in help of the eight diagrams and predict relevant information of nature and human being to solve problems in daily life, but not resort to idols, which makes the ancient Chinese know fairly well what’s what and are well-prepared. Zhouyi is an ancient and brilliant cultural treasure, and the ancient people used it to predict the future, made decisions of state affairs, reflected the current phenomenon, and known things that will happen, happen and have happened. That is just a means people used in the ancient time before they had mastered scientific methods, which can’t be claimed as a true science. However, it has played important role in adjusting Chinese psychology and still leave us many mysterious things. This course combines the generation, principles, origin and evolution of Yi Jing with its impacts on the formation of Chinese traditional culture core values to carry forward the essence of traditional culture, discard the dross, enlighten people’s wisdom, adjust students’ psychology and develop a positive and healthy outlook on life. We believe it will provide great help for most students’ study and setting their life goals.
