课程介绍	城市规划原理课程中文简介本课程的教学目标是使学生从城市规划的整体上建立起城市规划的概念、过程、思想和方法的体系，同时也是城市规划专业实践的理论基础，并对国外城市规划的理论方法和技术的发展有初步的了解。本课程的教学要求主要有：理解现代城市规划学科的产生与发展、城市规划的主要内容、不同用途的城市用地、城市发展战略的概念和意义, 掌握城市总体布局的基本原则、城市对外交通设施与用地布局、城市用地竖向规划、居住区的规划设计、城市中心、城市历史遗产保护的意义与原则、城市开发的经济特征、城市规划的行政行为与法制建设。基本教学内容： 1 、城市与城市规划；2 、城市规划学科的产生和发展；3 城市规划的工作内容和编制程序；4 、城市构成与用地规划；5 、城市发展战略；6 、城市总体布局；7 、城市交通与道路系统；8 、城市规划中的工程规划；9 、居住区规划；10 、城市公共空间；11 、城市历史遗产保护与城市更新；12 、城市规划的实施；13 、城市规划的行政与法律。 Course Description The teaching objectives are to let students build up a system of conceptcourse thinking and method.
