课程介绍	社会健康心理学课程中文简介社会健康心理学主要介绍普通心理学、发展心理学和社会心理学的基本知识，分析与日常生活相联系的心理现象，帮助学生从科学的角度理解、分析生活中的各类心理现象，并以科学的态度对待和处理生活中的心理问题。主要涉及认知、情感、人格、智力、应激、心理健康以及人际关系与沟通，态度形成及社会影响与改变的过程。同时，从文化的角度分析社会心理现象，阐述文化对心理的影响，介绍并分析中国文化背景下特有的社会心理现象，如脸面观、家族观等，剖析中国人的价值取向以及传统文化对现代社会下的中国人心理行为和心理健康的影响。课程大纲1、心理学基础2、情感、压力与健康3、理解人格4、心理发展与人生周期5、心理疾病6、心理咨询与治疗7、心理实验8、社会认知与人际关系9、沟通、社会交往、文化10、社会实践 Course Description Psychology introduce the basic knowledge of general psychology, development psychology and social psychology. Analyize the psychological phenomena in reality, help students to realize that psychology is a science and could understand and analysis every kind of psychological phenomena in the real life from science aspect.
