课程介绍	普通生物学课程中文简介一、教学目标通过本课程的教学，使学生掌握生命科学的基础知识和基本理论，理解生命活动的基本规律和基本原理，了解当代生命科学的新成就和发展的新动向，激发和巩固学生对生命科学专业学习的兴趣，培养学生的生命科学研究素养，提高其创新性思维能力，为后续专业课程的学习奠定坚实的基础。二、教学要求通过教学讲授要求学生掌握生命科学的概况及一些基本概念；了解生命科学各专业课之间的相互联系及发展动态；了解生命科学发展史及其研究意义。三、教学内容教学内容包括：绪论；生命的化学基础；细胞的基本形态结构与功能；细胞代谢；细胞的分裂和分化；高等动物的结构与功能；营养与消化；血液与循环；气体交换；内环境的控制；免疫系统与免疫功能；内分泌系统与化学调节；神经系统与神经调节；感觉器官与感觉；动物如何运动；生殖与胚胎发育；植物的结构、生殖和发育；植物的营养；植物的调控系统；遗传的基本规律；基因的分子生物学；基因的表达与调控；重组DNA 技术；人类基因组；达尔文学说与微观进化；物种形成；宏观进化与系统发育；生命起源及原核生物和原生生物多样性的进化；植物和真菌多样性的进化；动物多样性的进化；人类的进化；生物与环境；种群的结构、动态与数量调节；群落的结构、类型及演替；生态系统及其功能；动物的行为等。 Course Description Teaching Objectives are to Making students to grasping the basal knowledge and basic theory of life sciences, understanding the basic rule and basic principle of viatl activity, knowing the new success and developmental new trend of the current life sciences, arousing and fixing the interest in specialty study of life sciences, culturing the scientific reaserch diathesis and culture of life sciences, enhancing the innovating ideation and establishing the soild basis for the study of next special series of lectures.Teaching Contents include introduction, the chemical basis of life, the basic morphological structure and function of cell, cell metabolism, the cleavage and differentiation of cell, the structure and function of hegher animal, the control of internal environment, immune system and immunologic function, endocrine system and chemical regulation, nervous system and neural regulation, reproduction and fetal development, the structure and reproduction of plant, the basic rule of heredity, the molecular biology of gene, the recombination technique of DNA, Darwinism and microevolution, organism and environment, animal behavior et al.
