中医药膳食疗法 课程中文简介
一、教学目标：

通过本课程的学习，使学生掌握中医基本理论的基础上，了解中医药膳食疗学的理论及应用。拓展知识面，为养生保健服务。

二、教学要求：

中医药膳食疗常用的中药食物、了解其作用及适应证。药茶疗法、药粥疗法、药膳疗法及其在常见病中的应用。使学生熟悉或了解中医药膳食疗的理论和应用，进而增加自我保健和养生防病知识。。

三、教学内容：

中医基本理论、中医食疗学常用的中药及食物、药茶疗法、药粥疗法、药汤疗法、药膳疗法及常见病的医疗方法及处方等


Course Description
（Teaching Objectives、Teaching Requirements、Teaching Contents）Teaching Objectives:Through the course study,can make the students to grasp the basic theory of TCM and understand the theory and the application of the diet therapy,and learn more knowledge of this field to serve for the health care.Teaching Requirements:The students should understand the commonly used food and Chinese herbs in the diet therapy ,and the functions and indications.And understand the herb tea therapy,herb gruel therapy,and herb dishes therapy as well as the application in the common diseases. And to enhance the knowledge of health care and prevent suffering diseases.Teaching Contents:Basic theory of TCM,commonly used food and Chinese herbs,herb tea therapy,herb gruel therapy,herb soup therapy ,herb dishes therapy and application in the commonly diseases and some treatment method and prescriptions .
