案例著作权法 课程中文简介
本课程将在讲授著作权（版权）法的一般原理、原则、制度的基础上，选取当下中国出现的各种典型的著作权纠纷案件或者与著作权有关的社会热点话题，在事实和法律层面，对之进行深入浅出的剖析，并引导同学参与讨论。本课程的目标是让学生不仅仅掌握著作权法的常识，并初步具备一定的运用著作权法原理与规则分析现实问题的能力，更使其在生活和学习中，不做侵害版权的事情，特别是理解包括论文写作规范在内的学术规范的著作权法基础，懂得表达自由的宝贵价值，认识到著作权法是平衡创作者个人利益和社会公共利益的法律，生活中做一个遵守版权法的好公民。
Course Description
Based on the teaching of the general principles and rules of the copyright law, this course will choose a few different types of copyright disputes and some hot topics concerning the copyright law as the samples to be analyzed and discussed. The aim of this course is not only to let the students master the knowledge of the copy right law, but also let them realize that the value of free expression and do a good citizen who will not infringe other’s copyrights.
