创业中的知识产权管理 课程中文简介
教学目标及教学要求：近年来，我国高等教育发展迅速，传统的就业模式已难以消化逐年大幅增多的高校毕业生。由于改革开放的发展和观念的更新，加上政策的支持，大学生创业的社会环境已经形成，成功者的良好示范作用也带动了更多的大学生投身创业实践。大学生创业由于资本上不足，选择的方向多为创意、发明创造等，知识产权在其中发挥的重要支撑和助推作用。本课程是为全校各专业学生提供的公共选修课程，教学目标是通过学习初步掌握知识产权的基本概念和相关内容，初步掌握知识产权经管理的内容，初步掌握设计与利用企业各种类型知识产权的经营管理，掌握如何使用知识产权保护他们创业中所用的创意与发明；并能运用所学知识分析一些实际案例，为以后大学生创业提供一些参考。教学内容：专利制度的基本内容；商标制度的基本内容；著作权制度的基本内容；商业秘密制度的基本内容。创新技术与创意的评估；创新技术与创意的转让与许可的策略；技术创新与设计创新中专利管理；技术创新中的专利申请策略；专利技术标准化与专利池管理；创新的商业秘密管理策略；商标设计的法律问题；商标管理及其运用；文化创意设计的法律问题；文化创意的著作权管理；网络创新的创意与域名设计的法律问题；网络创新企业的知识产权管理；知识产权人力资源管理。
Course Description
Teaching ObjectivesTeaching Requirements: In recent years, with the rapid development of higher education, the traditional employment mode has greatly changed and been hard to accept the graduate that increased sharply. Due to the reform and open policy, many people accept the development and renew ideas, and with the policy support, the social environment of venture of students has been formed. Many winners become the good representatives also contributed to the more college students into entrepreneurship practice. In the current environment, since capital insufficiency, many students choose inventions and creative idea to start-up. So, the intellectual property plays an important support and thrusting action.This course is a public elective courses, the teaching goal is to master the basic concepts and relative content of intellectual property. The students are required to know the fundament concepts and related contents of the management of intellectual property by studying this course. And the students should grasp the designing and using the management of intellectual property preliminary to venture the creative ideas and inventions. At last, the students should use the knowledge they learn to analyze some actual cases.Teaching Contents: First, we should teach with the basic content of patent system, trademark system, copyright system, and trade secret system.The main contents in this course include the evaluation of creative technology and idea, the transfer and license policy of creative technology and idea, the patent management in the enterprise’s technology innovation and design innovation, the patent application strategy in technology innovation, the standards strategy and patent pool of enterprise’s patent technology, the trade secret strategy of innovation, the law of trademark design, the management and using of trademark, the law of culture idea, the copyright management of culture idea, the law of internet innovation of domain name design, the internet innovation enterprise’s intellectual property management, the human resource management of intellectual property, etc.
