知识产权法与国际贸易 课程中文简介
本课程将通过大量世界贸易组织中发生的与知识产权有关的贸易纠纷案例的讲解和分析，使学生初步了解和掌握主要知识产权国际条约、地区条约等的基本内容，懂得知识产权与贸易的基本关系、基本流程、基本规律。课程还将重点介绍我国、美国、欧盟、日本等国家和地区的知识产权贸易政策，分析我国加入世界贸易组织后的新形势，介绍近年来国际贸易的知识产权法领域的新发展。
Course Description
The course shall introduce and analyze a number of cases of WTO international trade disputes which is relevant to intellectual property, and help students understand main contents of those most important international or regional treaties or conventions and know basic relationship and rules between intellectual property and trade.The course also emphatically introduce intellectual property policies of China, USA,EU and Japan,etc.，analyze new situations in front of us, then point out recent new trends in intellectual property law of international trade
