影像中的法律 课程中文简介
法律与影像是法律人文的重要领域。影像中的法律是将法律与影视相结合的一门课程，本课程拟以中外经典法律影视为基础，将理性和教条的法律与动漫和感性的影视结合起来，并对影视中法律现象从法学理论角度进行分析、比较和评论，从而使学生对不同国家的法律文化、法学理论和法治实践有一个比较直观的与感性的认识，引导学生展开有关法律制度和法治精神的反思与讨论，并教会学生使用多种素材进行法学研究的技能。通过影像中的司法，实现感性与理性、影像与法律的有机结合，在影像的流动中，展示法律的理性，放飞法律的想象，寻求法律精神的领悟。
Course Description
