知识产权概论 课程中文简介
本课程是为全校各专业学生提供的公共选修课程，本课程的教学目标是通过学习培养学生“知识产权兴国”的观念，掌握知识产权的基本概念和相关内容，初步掌握知识产权经营管理的内容，并能运用所学知识分析一些实际案例。教学内容主要包括：知识产权基本原理；专利制度的基本内容；商标制度的基本内容；著作权制度的基本内容；反不正当竞争行为、商业秘密制度的基本内容以及企业知识产权管理及其运用等。
Course Description
Teaching ObjectivesTeaching Requirements: The students are required to know the fundament concepts and related contents of the management of intellectual property by studying this course. And the students should grasp the designing and using the management of intellectual property preliminary. At last, the students should use the knowledge they learn to analyze some actual cases.Teaching Contents: First, we should teach with the basic content of patent system, trademark system, copyright system, and trade secret system.The main contents in this course include the intellectual property management in the enterprise’s, etc.
