民法与生活 课程中文简介
本课程是一门主要面向非法学专业学生的全校性通识性选修课。民法源于生活，人的一生无时无刻不与民法息息相关。本课程通过讲解大量经典案例，向学生介绍民法的基本概念、基本制度和基本理论，使学生增强权利意识，能够从民法的角度观察生活，并运用民法指导自己的生活，维护自己的合法权益。在内容上，本课程将涵盖民法的主要制度，包括人身权、物权、合同、侵权、婚姻、继承和知识产权等，既考虑到民法知识点的全面性，又以贴近生活、指导生活为取舍标准，尽可能使学生掌握实用的民法知识，培养学生运用民法理论和知识以及有关法律、法规分析和解决现实生活中的实际问题的能力。
Course Description
This course is a public elective course for non-law students.The civil law originated from ordinary life and is closely related with everyone’s lifetime. The basic concepts, systems and theories of civil law will be introduced to the students by explaining a large number of classic cases,so that the students could enhance awareness of their rights ,observe their lives from the perspective of civil law, and use the knowledge of civil law to guide their own lives, as well as to protect their legitimate rights and interests. In content, this course will cover the main civil law systems, including personal rights, property, contract, tort, marriage, inheritance and intellectual property rights.Taking the comprehensive knowledge of civil law into account ,this course will pay more attention to everyone’s ordinary life, so that the students could master the practical knowledge of civil law as much as possible.
