人体科学与健康 课程中文简介
人一来到这个世界上，就与各种疾病不停的斗争着。为了征服疾病和保护健康，人类创造了人体的科学——医学。在医学的呵护下，人类逐步获得了自由。然而这一过程极为艰难曲折和漫长的，而且永远不会完结。因而面对生命和健康，面对疾病、衰老和死亡，永远都有需要不断的探索奥秘。人类是怎样诞生的？生命的本质和规律是什么？人为什么会生病？不同的疾病是怎样发生的？人为什么会衰老？人的寿命能延长到多久？艾滋病、非典、肿瘤以及毒品泛滥是怎么回事？如何才能保持健康？多少科学家乃至思想家为此进行了苦苦探求，至今，人类对自身已有很多的了解。如果不是专门的临床医生，很难而且也没时间将繁杂的医学书籍读懂，去了解自身和疾病奥秘。本课程旨在通过简单通俗的方法，循序渐进，由浅入深的介绍人体的结构功能和疾病的基础知识，普及养生保健的医学专业知识。使同学们更好的认识自身，防治疾病，保持健康。还要知道医院的机构设置及运作，能看懂基本的临床化验单，CT、MRI这些检查是怎么回事，手术的过程等。作为公选课适合对此感兴趣的同学选修。主要教学内容为：上篇：结构和功能篇（人体科学与健康导论、人体基本结构、消化系统、血液循环、呼吸系统、泌尿系统、神经内分泌系统、感觉器官） 下篇：健康和疾病篇（健康与疾病总论、循环障碍、免疫和疾病、医疗技术、保持健康、养生保健方法）
Course Description
Since we, human being, was born in this world, we have been fighting with all kinds of diseases. In order to conquer the disease and keep healthy, we created body science—medicine. Under the medical protection, man has gradually acquired the freedom, this process, however, is tough, long and endless. So faced with life and health, we are supposed to carry out the research continuously in order to deal with disease, aging and death. Where do we come from? What’s the essence and law of the life? Why do we fall sick? How do the different diseases take place? Why do we turn into old? How long is the human being’s life-span? What is the AIDS, SARS, tumor and drugs? How to keep healthy? With many scientists and thinkers having explored these questions in history, now man has known so much about ourselves. However, if you are not a specialized clinic doctor, you have no time to learn the medical books and to find out human and disease mysteries.The purpose of this course is to introduce the structure of body and the basic knowledge of diseases by simple methods. With this course, the student will be given basic medical skill to keep heathy and prevent and cure disease. At the same time the organization and management of hospital, hospital laboratory sheet, CT, MRI and operation process are all needed to know.
