医患沟通学 课程中文简介
教学目标：本课程旨在弥补传统医学教育中人文知识结构及社会应用能力培养的不足，使学生了解医患沟通的功能与作用、认识医患沟通的重要性与必要性、掌握医患沟通的技巧和途径。教学要求：注重多种教学方法，如讲授、分析纠纷案例、“医生”、“病人”、“家属”“角色扮演”，观看美国教学录像、讨论、浏览国际教学网站、写评论文章等，通过多种途径和方法学习沟通知识与技巧，加强认识医患沟通的重要性。教学内容：《全球医学教育最低基本标准》中，“沟通技能”是七大重要标准之一。本课程介绍医患沟通能力模型，比较国内外医患沟通状况，医学模式演变、医学职业道德基本原则，医务团队精神，伦理学、心理学、法学的作用；医患沟通障碍的分类及表现、原因和处理原则，沟通的方法与途径，尤其在与患者建立关系、采集病史、解释病情、制定方案等过程中的语言、非语言沟通，化解冲突、应对危机的技巧等。
Course Description
Teaching Objectives：To make up the insufficiency of humanities and social application training for medical students in traditional medicine education system , to made students understand the role of doctor-patient communication, know the importance and necessary of doctor-patient communication, grasp the skills and pathways of doctor-patient communication. Teaching Requirements：Multiple and flexible teaching methods are attentioned ,such as lecturing in class, case discussion, guidance and care practice in clinic and ward of hospital , “doctor-patient- family member role play ”, American teaching video watching and discussion, international teaching websites viewing, writing evaluating articles. Students will study the communication knowledge and skills through above pathways and methods, and tend to recognize the importance of doctor-patient communication as well. Teaching Contents：Communication skill is the one of the seven important criterions in 《the lowest basic criterions of medicine education in the world》. This course introduce thecompetence models , compare the situations of domestic and overseas doctor-patient communication. Students will study the changing process of medical models, basic medical professional principles, the role of medical team spirits , ethics , psychology, law in doctor-patient communication, classification, manifestation reasons , resolving principles of communication obstacles, study the methods and pathways of communication, especially the verbal and non-verbal communication, skills of resolving conflict, facing crisis in
