【国际学院】Wonderful basketball game

红网六月十六日讯（通讯员：牛可馨 张一言 摄影记者：刘思敏）In the afternoon on June 5th, International Cup Basketball Final which was held by ISLCSU played in the main campus on time. After 17 fierce games, 4 teams  fought their way out from 11 teams and came to the final. 12FNC and 14PHA&CPA ——which team would win 3rd place？13FQS&PHA and 13IET—— which team would be the champion?
It started raining when players warmed up. Luckily, it didn’t last too long. The sun came out and staff of SD drained the water quickly.
The game between 14PHA&CPA and 12FNC started firstly. In the 1st quarter, players from two sides were all very cautious. They couldn’t make efficient attack under tough defense. 14PHA&CPA was the first to wake up. They found their rhythm and made efficient counterattack. However, 12FNC didn’t want to lose the game. Their shooters had a wonderful shooting performance that they could hold on. Finally, 14PHA&CPA persisted to the end. They won the game with 36:23 and got the 3rd place.
After a break, the final started. Both teams were the strongest and all players were great enough. The game was so fierce that audiences out of the field had already forgotten to cheer for their teams. Players of 13IET cooperated with each other very well. Especially their No.36 player didn’t do things which a leader needed to do. They kept ahead of the other team almost in the whole game. But 13FQS&PHA didn’t give up. They devoted themselves to defend and run after the leader. In the last two minutes, 13FQS&PHA kept the leader status to the end.

13FQS&PHA gained the championship; 12IET won the second; 14PHA&CPA got the third. Congratulating to these teams and thanking them for bringing us so great games!
